One for all the ex signalmen on here

Did you ever have a particular expression for setting the levers on and off?
I ask because on LT they refer to it as stroking and unstroking.
Never heard it before so it would be peculiar to that system

I'll start off with a few suggestions silverfox, not necessarily confined to LNE/BR(E) usage.
For signals - 'Pull/pulling off' (lever reversed)
' Put back' (lever back to Normal).
'All off on/along the xxxxxxxxx' (insert line name) = all signals for one line already cleared.

For points, (unsurprisingly) - 'Over' (lever Reverse)
'Back' (lever Normal).

As previously posted the terms pulling off or putting back were usually used by signalmen when clearing signals or putting them back to danger or caution although the term half-stroked was sometimes used in regards to when a 'short handle' lever that controlled a set of motorised point(s) the lever colour being half blue & half black would be 'half-stroked' when being pulled out of the lever frame to the 'check lock position' where it was electrically stopped midway in the lever frame while the points were reversed and then once the points had reversed the lever was then free to complete it's full reversal in the lever frame. Likewise when the motorised points lever was put back to the normal position in the lever frame the lever would be 'half-stroked' back to the 'check lock position' midway in the lever frame while the points went back fully to normal position and then the lever was fully returned into the lever frame.
