Was tempted to put it in place for the photo and see if anyone noticed
(guess who only had five 22.66mm wheels in his wheels box)

I'm more than interested in a B3 kit, and also somebody to build and paint it. Massive pile of cash to pay for it! LOL

I've just heard from Brian at 247 Developments that they now have a complete set of B3 nameplates in stock and will have them at York Show.

Hopefully they'll be at ExpoEM Bracknell or RailEx.

...which so far hasn't surfaced in Ealing. Never mind, it'll probably be in the Carmarthen WHS, so I'll pick it up there tomorrow on the way to the farm.

What is effectively the prototype build is (finally) complete - or at least, I've added as much extra detail as I'm prepared to do

A relief to have it done, to this point at least? Last seen wearing a rather different dome???? Painter's requirement for axleboxes and springs to be left off tender to facilitate lining?

Hi Graham
Looking good. One comment, if I may, if the model is going to be Valour I would have thought it would have had a low dome by the time it was fitted with Wakefield lubrication on the LHS? If you have a photo that proves otherwise I'd be interested to see it.
Regards
Andrew
