A bit soon for a senior moment isn't it JW? You're only allowed to introduce those, on a small scale, once you reach 60.

Dear Paul Sterling (to avoid confusion!)
Many thanks, I'd much like to order a print of the J21, and am quite prepared to wait. How do I communicate with you? Will you send me an e-mail to the one I have registered with the Forum, or what? Many apologies, but I'm new to this game.
Yours ever,
William

As you won't yet have access to the forum's private message system William, one option is to put a coded (but not plain) version of your e-mail address on here for Paul, and then delete it (using the edit post button) as soon as you hear from him. You might consider, for example, a version something like william(dash)hale(no space)123(AT)xyzmail(DOT)com - that might avoid making it too easy for robots to gather your e-mail address and fill your inbox with rubbish.

Hi William.
Best thing is to meet the forums post threshold, rather than putting your email on a post. I won't be able to see your account email.
It's not many posts I think. 20?
Thanks. Paul.

Hello Atlantic and Paul,
How about this? My e-mail address is publicly listed on an academic website, which also has an excellent spam-elimination system. If I send a post, with the website address, and instructions would that be acceptable? Please let me know!
Yours ever,
William Hale

I've sent you a private message William. You may not be able to reply to it, but the salient info is on there to place an order bud.
Thanks.
Paul

Hello Paul,
Many thanks, that's very kind but how do I access the private message? - there's nothing from you in my in-box.
Many apologies for the bother,
William

Should be able to see them once approval point is reached.williamhale1711 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 8:39 pm Hello Paul,

In the meantime, 2 rail or 3 rail tender?
Thanks.
Paul

Hello Paul,
Many thanks - I guess I'll just have to wait for approval. Meanwhile, 2-rail tender will be fine.
Yours ever,
William

Maybe not - I did my moderator's job for once, and gave it approval.

Q
Thanks.

No problem William. 65033 generally sells with the 2 rail, though I gather just prior to preservation, it ran with a boarded 3 rail, or even a 4 rail.williamhale1711 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 07, 2022 5:05 pm Hello Paul,

Very keen to have a go at building a J21 (ideally several given my NE Pennine branchline obsessions) from a printed body and 52F's chassis and linked powertrain as OO.
Is Paul still taking commissions for his 3D printed version ?
All the best,
Tony
