Bittern

Post by Deltic18 »

Morning all
Had a trip to the Mid Hants yesterday and look was was sticking its nose out of the shed. Nice to see the 52A plate on the front. Shame that it was blocked in by a West Country and was also in a part of the shed that was closed to the public. Next time maybe!

Come on down, 60019 is in Alton station as I write this - I can hear the chime whistle from my back garden. Bittern is about to work the 11.55 to Alresford. Should then work the 13.00 and 15.00 round trips from Alresford. Wall to wall sunshine at the moment too. The A4 will probably work tomorrow too as they normally don't change locos midweek.

Love to but I'm fully booked up for the next couple of weeks with a trip to Switzerland.
