An apology

Post by Blink Bonny »

Ay up!

It has been brought to my attention that my email has been hacked by someone in Belarus, of all places! If you've received Spam from me, then please accept my apologies.

It was not of my doing.
If I ain't here, I'm in Bilston, scoffing decent chips at last!!!!

Happened to me a few weeks ago. Once they have cracked your email password and accessed your contacts they can spoof emails that look like they have come from you. It is very annoying.
It is important that you should regularly change your email password.

Hi Boris.

Go into your e-mail company's home page, go to 'your account' or similar and you'll see your e-mail address and a row of dots for your password. Delete to dots and click on 'forgot your password'. You will then get an e-mail asking you for a new password. Just follow the instructions. After that, go back into 'your account' and make put the new password into the box and save it. The format may differ depending on who you are with.
